Terms of sale

Last updated 17 October 2026

1. Who we are

The seller is POCKET11. You can reach us at support@pocket11.store.

These terms apply to every order placed on this site by a consumer. Please read them before you pay.

2. What we sell

We offer a personalisation service: we print a football shirt to the design you make on this site and frame it in an acrylic shadow box. The shirt is seen from the back, with a name and a number, UV-printed at 124 × 159 mm and cut to its exact shape. The box is all black or all white, as you choose.

The print is made from the same file as the preview you approve. Colours can look slightly different on screen and in print, and the photos and 3D views on the site are illustrations of the product.

POCKET11 isn't official merchandise. We don't sell, and our examples don't use, club names, crests, sponsors or players' names.

3. Your design

You are responsible for the design and for the name and number you choose. By ordering you confirm that they don't infringe anyone's rights (such as trademarks) and aren't offensive or unlawful. If an order breaks this rule, we may refuse to make it; we'll then refund it in full.

"Describe your shirt" uses artificial intelligence to suggest a design from your words. It's only a starting point: what we print is the design you see and can change before paying.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and are final: they include any VAT due and delivery to the region you choose (see Shipping). The region decides which countries the parcel can be sent to.

You can pay by card, Apple Pay or MB WAY. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card details.

5. Your order

The contract is made when your payment is confirmed. We then email you the confirmation, with your order number and the main points of these terms. If we can't make your shirt for any reason, we'll tell you and refund the full amount.

6. Production and delivery

Each shirt is made to order. Ships within 3–15 days of payment; we email you when it ships. See Shipping for where we deliver and what happens after it ships.

7. No returns for a change of mind

Each shirt is made to your specifications and personalised, so the 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases doesn't apply (Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU). You can't cancel the order or return the shirt because you changed your mind. This doesn't affect your rights if it arrives faulty or damaged.

8. If something is wrong

If your shirt or box arrives damaged, is faulty, or isn't what you ordered, email us with your order number and photos as soon as you can. We'll replace it or refund you.

You have the legal guarantee of conformity given by the law where you live (in Portugal, three years from delivery; in the rest of the EU, at least two years). Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

9. Liability

We are responsible for the loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a liability that the law doesn't allow us to exclude or limit.

10. Symbols

The symbols you can add to a shirt are by Delapouite, Lorc, Carl Olsen, Sbed, Skoll from game-icons.net, licensed under CC BY 3.0, adapted.

11. Complaints and the law

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at support@pocket11.store.

If we can't solve it together, you can turn to a consumer dispute resolution body. The list of these bodies in Portugal is at www.consumidor.gov.pt. If you live elsewhere in the EU, the European Consumer Centre in your country can help with a cross-border complaint.

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. If you live in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of that country, and you can bring a claim in its courts.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Your order is governed by the version published when you placed it (the date at the top), which your confirmation email names.
