Where we deliver
We deliver across the European Union. The price is final: it includes the shirt, the box, any VAT due and delivery, and depends only on where it goes.

You choose the region before paying, and the payment page only accepts an address in that region.
When it ships
Each shirt is made to order and printed in batches. Ships within 3–15 days of payment, and we email you when it does. Delivery then usually takes 2–7 working days, depending on the country.
Your address
We send the parcel to the address you give at checkout, so please check it there. If you notice a mistake, email support@pocket11.store straight away with your order number.
Damaged or lost parcels
If the parcel arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, email support@pocket11.store with your order number (and photos, if it's damaged). We'll send a new one or refund you.
Returns
Each shirt is made to your design, so it can't be returned for a change of mind. See the terms for your rights if something is wrong.
